Who can get a refund
If you are not satisfied with the report provided to you, you are eligible for a refund. In order to receive your refund, please email us at info@vehees.com with your name and the email address used to make the purchase. Please also include the VIN number of the car you requested a report for.

How refunds are processed
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your email. The refund amount will be the amount you paid minus the transaction fee, which is currently 2.9% of the amount paid + 30 cents. Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 10 business days to appear in a customer's account, while refunds to bank accounts can take up to 14 business days.
